Project description: Cirrus Energy Services Ltd (Cirrus) is pursuing to build an international deep sea port at Egyambra in the Western Region of Ghana to serve the adjacent offshore oil & gas industry and act as a storage and distribution facility. This project is envisaged to be realised on a Build, Own and Operate (BOO) basis. Cirrus, operating through its affiliate Gulf Bay Oil Logistics Ltd (GBOL) is envisaging a joint venture for this project with the Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority (GPHA) to develop this project
Timing and duration: April 2008 – Ongoing
Completion date: Phased Development - first phase 2010
Our scope: Cirrus has appointed PDi to act as their Project Managers for the development of the new Deep Sea Port at Egyambra.The project is currently at the definition phase and has appointed Royal Haskoning as the FEED contractor.
