Implementation
The implementation phase covers detailed engineering, procurement, construction, installation and start-up/commissioning. By the time a project has reached this stage it has been approved by the Board, and by joint venture partners. The concept and substantive detail are frozen and a budget and schedule have been agreed.
- Construct a safe, reliable, operable facility with minimum practicable environmental impacts. Complete the project on time and on budget.
- Ensure smooth handover to Operations group.
